Dr You Sophisticated Cool is dedicated to improving the quality of education in
the area of percussion. DYSC is committed to providing the best percussion
educational services possible, and by working with others in the teaching
community we serve, helping to build a better musical experience for all.
Music compositions and arrangements are a method of greatly increasing musical abilities
for all levels, all instrumentation, and all styles of performance. Music compositions
and arrangements utilize the DYSC integrated technique of real world arranging, orchestrating, and
teaching-by-performance; Sophisticated Cool.
DYSC Graphics elaborate the elements and principles of design with lines, color,
shape, and rhythm. The lines give direction to a design. Color offers the ability to affect feelings and
moods. Shape is the form of an object, the enclosure of space. Rhythm dictates the feeling of
movement through repetition and radiation.
